Sanjay Kapoor opens up about nepotism, says it took 25 years for it to work for him

Sanjay Kapoor, who is the brother of producer Boney Kapoor and actor Anil Kapoor, recently opened up about nepotism in Bollywood. According to him, it took 25 years for it to work for him.
Talking about the same on a reality show, Sanjay said that it took him twenty-five years for finally this nepotism to work. The actor added that he has known Karan for nearly 30 years. Sanjay also stated that he is happy that it is work that has got him work and not nepotism.
Elaborating further, Kapoor added that people need to understand that, otherwise he would have been the busiest actor. According to him, with the number of people the actor knows, he would have been doing the best of work.
Sanjay also went on to say that to dilute anybody’s work or career by saying it happened because of nepotism is not fair.
The term nepotism became a household name after Kangana Ranaut accused Karan Johar of the same on his chat show, the actress also called him the ‘torchbearer of nepotism’ in Bollywood. The ‘Queen’ actress reignited the debate after the recent tragic death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
